We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened. Items marked as final sale or clearance are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
